MRŞ · EDITORIAL STANDARDS

Editorial and legal information policy

MRŞ Law & Mediation publications provide general information to help readers understand a legal issue and prepare relevant records. The following standards govern authorship, sourcing and updates.

01 /

Authorship and responsibility

Where no individual author is named, MRŞ Law & Mediation is responsible for the institutional publication. A lawyer’s name and role are displayed only where that person’s authorship or separate review has been verified.

02 /

Sources and currency

Official or primary sources are preferred for legislation, regulator guidance and international instruments. Publication and update dates remain separate; changing monetary thresholds and application conditions are rechecked at the time of action.

03 /

Scope and language

Turkish, English, German and Dutch versions make the same subject accessible. A translation is not advice on another country’s law; jurisdiction, applicable law and the effect of foreign documents require separate review.

04 /

Corrections and limits

A reported factual or currency issue is checked against its source and update history. Publications do not replace review of a specific matter, deadline calculation or personal legal advice, and confidential or sensitive records should not be sent through a general form.
