A marketplace notice should connect a valid right to a specific listing, seller and product; removal, counter-notice and court remedies remain separate processes.
Connect the right to the listing
Prepare the trade mark registration, class and authority documents alongside the listing URL, seller, product code, dated capture and any order evidence. Similar wording or a low price alone does not prove counterfeiting.
Prepare a precise notice
Identify the right and the exact infringing use, avoiding vague bulk URL lists. Follow both Turkish e-commerce rules and the platform's rights-reporting process, and retain proof of submission.
Counter-notices and repeat listings
A seller may rely on authorised use, exhaustion, authenticity or a mistaken match. Review supporting material manually and record renewed listings under different accounts or product codes as separate evidence.
Limits of platform removal
Removal may stop one display but does not resolve inventory, distribution, damages or criminal responsibility. Evidence preservation, interim relief, customs and litigation may require separate assessment.
